Our Global client is looking for a French speaking Customer Experience Specialist. To work closely with their Standard and Enhanced customers to build customer loyalty and to consistently strengthen business relations. Take ownership of customer issues and driving through to resolution, by working across the organisation to not only seek improvements for one customer but the whole customer base.

Responsibilities:

To work closely with customers to be their non-technical contact, ensuring that their experience is world class
Respond to all customer requests and requirements.
To proactively engage with customers to ensure that they understand that they chose the best web hosting company in the world
To closely partner with the all functions of the business to ensure a unified customer relationship and support environment
To use the customer feedback to create a view of areas that need improvement
To assist, as the organisation grows, to ensure that all customers have a great experience with Peer1
To drive Net Promoter Score with decision makers to be world class
