This well-known brand are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for generating new business and driving business within a number of key clients, selling electronic security products and services into the healthcare sector.

Company Description:
This position is based in the security arm of a well-known national brand. With corporate, commercial and domestic clients over a range of sectors, the company offer fully integrated security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire systems.

Job Role Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for initially winning new business, then driving additional business through account management, upselling the full range of security products including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms and Fire systems.

Responsibilities:
• Carrying out sales activities for attracting new customers in the healthcare sector, with a consultative-sales approach.
• Visiting existing customers and identifying new service needs and upselling on products and solutions within the company portfolio.
• Identifying new business opportunities, both amongst current and potential customers.
• Drawing up business proposals and offers for customers, on the basis of the needs identified, co-ordinating information with the pre-sales/design department.

Skills Required:
• Significant proven experience in sales into the healthcare sector, developing business with major clients through the sale of packaged solutions, preferably of security systems
• Experience of managing tender response processes, estimates and business proposals
• A sound knowledge of the Security Systems industry and understanding of system design – CCTV, Access Control, Intruder & Fire, would be highly advantageous.
• Successful at building and maintaining working relationships

Package:
• £42,000 basic (OTE £70,000+) + Car + Phone + Benefits
