International telecommunications company looks so appoint an experienced Customer Support Team Leader to manage a small and successful team. Applications are invited from individuals that have worked in similar Customer Support roles - either managing a team or in a senior role and ready for the next career step. Experience in managing Enterprise clients with contracted high value and multiple services is essential along with an understanding of IP products and services (voice, data, internet, security, unified communications, professional services etc).

The successful candidate will be joining a highly successful billion pound international origination with the vacancy created by continual success and growth.

Responsibilities include:
Team Leader responsibilities...
Ensuring support is contracted and in line with Service Level Agreements.
Lead service review meetings with clients and the sales account team
Handle and resolve customer disputes.
Escalations as necessary

Requirements
Strong understanding of IP Products and Services.
Experience in developing long-term business relationships with key decision makers in client organisations
Strong written, oral communication skills to include presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and a professional business image
Ability to multi task and meet multiple timelines.
Working knowledge of the applicable tools & techniques of customer support within telecommunications.
ITIL accreditation would be a great advantage.
