Position: Engineer - Rail Station Re-Development

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Our client is famous for their extensive portfolio of high-profile rail contracts, and are also well known for upgrading London's gas infrastructure, and a wealth of facilities maintenance contracts, long-term street lighting projects, and also carried out major landscaping and remediation works for the London 2012 Olympic Park in Stratford.
The ideal candidate will…
* Have a civil engineering background, with good project experience in a rail environment
* Be a highly motivated individual capable of managing themselves and others
* Have commercials experience and be financially accountable for projects
* Have Experience on NEC contracts
* MUST hold a HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
Position: Engineer - Rail Station Re-Development
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
As Site Agent in the rail sector, you will be of managing project teams and sub-contractors, ensuring delivery is aligned with the project programme.
Duties will include;
* Manage production of method statements and risk assessments for Health & Safety Plan
* Liaise with client representatives chairing progress meetings
* Carry out monitoring and up-dating of construction programs
* Schedule selected materials for ordering from the procurement department
* Manage and minimize construction costs
* Support all business objectives
