My client is looking to grow due to high demand for their blue chip company based campaigns in the Greater Manchester region. they are looking for a handful of people that can start immediately working full time hours. If you enjoy working with customers and want to grow personally and professionally, we'd love to hear from you!
~ Potential for rapid advancement in team leadership trainee management ~
As a Call centre Advisor, you'll begin by learning how to help our clients gain more long-term customers by promoting their brands, missions and success stories to the public. We specifically focus on telephone campaigns to old, new and existing customers, so you'll be working as part of a team, but will be producing individual results. Within 6 months you can join fast track progression schemes leading you into management or specialised departments. Within the past month 25 sales representatives have been promoted internally to managerial and senior roles, with 79% of management having been recruited from within.
~ Sales, marketing or customer service experience essential ~
We proactively market and sell on behalf of major UK brands, and although we offer regular product training and ongoing development programmes, it's essential that you have experience in a customer facing role such as:
Sales (face to face or phone based)
Customer service or CC
Field marketing / promo work / events
Waiting / Bar work
Retail sales / kiosk / concessions
Reception / hostess / hotel
Club promotions or entertainment
