Brand new division for an established, High End Estate Agent based Reading.
We are looking for someone to set up this department.
You will be confident with achieving instructions, valuations, negotiating, and have a thorough understanding in all aspects of property management.
Key duties:
- Acting as the main point of contact for your allocated portfolio of landlords and tenants
- Marketing and letting new + existing properties, including viewings
- Sourcing quality tenants
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance/regulatory requirements
The ideal candidate must:
- Be able to demonstrate how you have had a direct influence on growth in a Lettings business over a period.
- Have a track record of success within the Lettings Industry
- ARLA qualified would be advantageous and it is vital that a strong knowledge of the current legislation held.
- Be able to present a high knowledge of the Lettings industry.
