A key Financial Services organisation supporting cross-border FX Settlements is looking for an experienced operations professional to join their team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Canary Wharf, and looking for someone who can work 6am to 2pm.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for supporting the static data and operational approval process of transactions between members. It will be your responsibility to escalate issues with the core systems. We are therefore looking for someone with exceptional analytical and communication capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the operational approval process for new and existing members
• Key data analysis and resulting escalation
• Reconciliation of payments

Key Requirements

• Strong knowledge and experience with FX is vital.
• Thorough knowledge of international payment operations
• Strong capabilities and understanding of SWIFT network and interfaces.
• Customer liaison and support abilities
