2nd/3rd Line Support Analyst – Windows Server/VMware/Citrix/AD/

 My client in the Financial sector is looking for a strong and experience 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their IT Team for a 3 month contract with the potential to go permanent. Requiring experience in Windows Server, VMware, Citrix and Active Directory. We are looking for someone with Financial experience so please only apply if you have worked within the Financial sector before.

In addition to the desk-side support you will be required to support Windows Servers alongside the existing 3rd Line support team. We are looking for someone with experience using and supporting VMware, Citrix, Active Directory and Windows OS/Server.  

My Client is seeking an engineer who enjoys face to face communication with end users and worked in a corporate environment before.

The key skills:

- Windows Server Administration
- 2nd/3rd Line Support in at least TWO previous contracts
- VMware and Citrix Technologies knowledge – (3rd Line Level)
- Troubleshooting 
- Active Directory
- Strong communication skills
-Previous Financial/Legal experience

Bonus skills:

- SCCM
- Windows 8
- Office 365/Lync/OCS Server
