A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Executive, to join a small team in London.
Candidates applying to this role must have previous experience in a similar role and used to the following tasks;
Preparing draft contracts, Preparing lease from details in heads of terms, preparing Statements of Completion and Accounts, Replying to requisitions on title, Completion and redemption of loans and accounting to clients, submitting purchase searches, Obtaining quotations for indemnity insurance
Preparing and submitting SDLT Forms and paying SDLT, Dealing with completion and registration at the Land Registry, Dealing with completion, registering Charge at Companies House and
dealing with registration at the Land Registry, dictation, drafting of any other deeds required.
