Sales Executive - Luxury Dance Studio

This post will be working for an exclusive luxury dance studio, offering a wide range of services and facilities to everyone, from first-time dance enthusiasts, childrens lessons, individual dance packages, to companies looking for an amazing location for a corporate event.

The main objective is to ensure that sales are obtained and increased quickly, through various means and field based sales.

The company is owned by a well known celebraty that has an excellent reputation throughout the world of dance and is very much hands-on, with USPs of a unique warm dance studio, luxury and welcoming environment, able to offer individual and group packages to leisure and corporate industries etc.


£25 to £30k + Bonus (uncapped)

This is a field based post, although the studios are based in the Imperial Wharf / Fulham area and the head office is based in the Purley area.

It will be up to the individual to decide on time spent on the field / in the studios / at head office, with the main objective of identifying sales opportunites and converting them to actual sales as quickly as possible.

Working Monday - Friday, although it will be up to the individual to arrange days / times to obtain sales.


Attending local and regional event fairs to advertise our products

Generating, identifying and chasing sales leads through networking and calls, converting them to actual sales as quickly and effectively as possible.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and new contacts and sales leads

Selling of all packages such as studio hire and team-building days, as well as dance packages, individual & group sales, as well as corporate sales

Negotiating of prices as necessary

Working with our team to create studio hire and event hire contracts, and sending these out for each booking

Work with our marketing team to create sales presentations to take to any client meetings

Ensuring all payments are received ahead of the event

Working closely with the in-house team to help co-ordinate events

Creating reports on current sales and presenting this to the directors & Senior Management team.

Identifying and securing sales opportunities


This is mainly a field based role and will require someone with an excellent sales background and ability to secure sales from Individuals, groups, wedding packages, corporate etc.

Strong experience of field sales & ability to convert leads into actual sales.

At least 2-years recent experience in field sales, ideally within the service or leisure industry

Graduate in a relevant subject

Able to hit the ground running and be confident in securing quick sales

Confident in representing a high end of the market / luxury product.

Bubbly, confident, outgoing personality

Well-presented and excellent level of English (written and spoken)

Interest in dance is desirable but not essential

Skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint desirable

Strong customer service skills

Able to work on own initiative, whilst keeping in contact with Directors and Operational Management team
