We are looking for a driven Business Development Consultant with a hunger for success and a track record of developing new business and Sales.

The role is based in our London office, right in the heart of the City, however you will spend a lot of your time out of the office meeting brokers and further developing your relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and build effective sales relationships with an agreed panel of Brokers
  • Work towards new business sales targets
  • Actively hunt and develop business with smaller Brokers
  • Increase incoming quotes and cases
  • Keep up to date with market trends and advise the Sales Managers on developments with our competitors.

Requirements:

  • Face-to-face, B2B sales experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • The ability take a consultative approach to influence decisions
  • experience of group risk sales experience would be beneficial
