We are looking for a consultant from with a Marketing recruitment background to join this leading consultancy within the Marketing Services sector. The role is to leverage existing clients and relationships and expand and build upon them over time. There is plenty of business already being handled by existing consultants but the intention is to pull all those strands together and build a team to focus on client side marketing positions. It is not a hard sell role but you will be required to have intelligent conversations with senior hiring managers to secure new and ongoing business. You will need to be polished and professional and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of recruiting within marketing already. Ideally you will have been doing so for at least three years and will now be looking for more autonomy and independence together with the recognition and financial reward that comes with that. If you feel you have clients that you can take with you all the better but it is not a requirement for the role by any means. Depending on the level of experience and the relevance of what you have done before the basic salary will be somewhere between £35,000 and £50,000 with a very generous bonus structure that will allow you to double your base.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is capable of going out on their own but who doesn't want to do that or feels they need more support that they would get by going it alone.
