A great opportunity has arisen with a domiciliary care provider for the role of registered manager, situated in the north and north west London areas.
Key responsibilities of this role will be to promote a positive image for services provided and employment within the agency, engage in local meetings relevant to the activity of the agency, to carry out and provide leadership in marketing the agency and selling its services at the agreed prices, to maintain care and management skills at the current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice, encourage innovative methods for the delivery of care, establish relationships with learning institutions to promote availability of staff training at all levels.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience relevant to domiciliary care in a managerial position, be a car driver, hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and speak Hindi or Gujarati.

This is a full time permanent position Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with one day on at the weekend on a bimonthly basis.
