Spring Technology are currently working in partnership with one of the biggest Telecommunication companies in the world to recruit a Technical Support Advisor who is passionate about technology and providing world class customer support.
We are looking for focused, career driven individuals with a passion to deliver world class customer service using their IT skills.
You will need to be able to communicate to a wide range of customers who will be technical and non-technical so the ability to build rapport and engage with all is a must!
The role!
Assist customers with a wide range of enquires.
Administering customer account details using a range of IT systems.
Responding to online customer enquiries.
Working process flows and diagnosing faults.
The right candidate!
Be flexible to work on a rota basis between the operating hours of 7.30am - 10pm (with 1 weekend in 4)
Previous contact centre experience would be an advantage or demonstrable transferable experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and engage with customers.
