Sales Negotiator - Estate Agency - Guildford - OTE £30,000
Remuneration: Basic salary to £18,000 with on target earnings of £35,000
This well-established and expanding Estate Agency are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their office in Guildford.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out all the pertinent Sales duties including canvassing for new business, property viewings, negotiations, customer management and sales progression.
Previous experience of residential sales is essential, preferably over 6 months to a year.
Candidates must have :
? A professional work ethic
? A good telephone manner
? Be of smart appearance
? It is essential that you have a full UK driving license and can provide good references.
NB Only candidates with relevant experience with be considered and responded to accordingly.
