Position: Site/Sub Agent - Highways

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Our client is a Regional Civil Engineering Contractor, with offices throughout the South of England. With a turnover last year of £93m and an estimated turnover this year of £120m, we are in an enviable position with a healthy forward order book. We work within a variety of sectors including; highways, rail infrastructure, airports, RC structures, water and environmental and more recently.
The ideal candidate will…
* Have a civil engineering background, with good project experience in a rail environment
* Be a highly motivated individual capable of managing themselves and others
* Have commercials experience and be financially accountable for projects
* Have Experience on NEC contracts
* MUST hold a HNC/HND/Degree in Civil Engineering
Position: Site/Sub Agent - Highways
Location: Heathrow
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
As Site Agent in the rail sector, you will be of managing project teams and sub-contractors, ensuring delivery is aligned with the project programme.
Duties will include;
* Manage production of method statements and risk assessments for Health & Safety Plan
* Liaise with client representatives chairing progress meetings
* Carry out monitoring and up-dating of construction programs
* Schedule selected materials for ordering from the procurement department
* Manage and minimize construction costs
* Support all business objectives

Only candidates with London experience will be considered - our client has requested that due to the nature of location of this project, it is essential that the successful candidate must have experience delivering projects in the Highways Sector.
