Private Rehabilitation Hospital - Specialist Residential Service (Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism & Asperger's)
I am looking for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work in a 6 bedded Rehabilitation Mental Health Hospital. The Hospital cater for Younger Adults & Elderly patients with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome and other complex needs.
The Hospital has an excellent reputation with a great working atmosphere and culture.
Essential Needs:
You will be a registered mental health nurse (RMN) with a current and valid NMC PIN.
Skills & Experience:
I am looking for experienced, highly motivated nurse, who is able to work in a team and on their own,
You will have excellent communication skills,
Are able to delegate and motivate a staff team,
Have knowledge on safeguarding including how to report,
Be able to manage medications effectively and identify shortfall and errors and how to deal with these efficiently,
Relevant experience working in a similar position
The Candidate:
RMN qualified,
Have a valid NMC Pin Number,
Complete satisfactory POVA and DBS checks,
Understanding the NMC code of conduct,
Excellent clinical skills,
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally,
You will be kind, caring with a calm approach, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues.
Package:
Salary: £29,000 - £32,500 per annum
Working Hours:
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
