THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading IT business located in Shepherds Bush who is expanding due to the continued success of the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Telesales Executive looking to take the next step in their career and commence a career in management.

The opportunity would be working for a fast growing business that provides cutting edge technology solutions to businesses of all sizes throughout the UK.

Working closely with the CEO you will be involved in undertaking hands-on sales activities whilst supervising a small but growing telesales department. You will be responsible for day-to-day supervision, KPI management, team meetings and ensuring overall sales performance.

This is a truly autonomous position that will give the appointed individual a huge opportunity to build a long term career with the business.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for hands on sales activity whilst supervising a small team of telesales executives
Supervising, coaching and motivating a small team
Ensuring the team strategically approaches existing business clients to cross-sell additional products and services to increase revenue spends
Working closely with the Marketing department to follow up on enquiries and marketing campaigns to generate new business and appointments
Collaborating with the CEO & Marketing Manager to build campaigns that are currently hot within the industry to increase sales
Responsible for an individual and team target
Interviewing and recruiting new team members
Training and inducting new team members
Ensuring that accurate data is stored in the CRM
Working to achieve THE CANDIDATE:

12 months experience of working within a B2B Telesales position
Supervisory experience would be beneficial but not essential
Hungry individual who is looking for an opportunity to build and grow a team
Ability to hit and exceed individual and company targets
Personable individual with excellent communication skills
