We seeking applications for the position of Fleet Administrator based in Edmonton, North London. You'll be working within an office based environment collating details across a fleet of approx. 27 HGV Vehicles.
The role:
? Schedule the servicing, cleaning and calibration of equipment of fleet in total 27 Trucks
? Ensure the region's fleet is fit for purpose and maintained
? Manage and update the fleet management system
? Manage and maintain all information relating to vehicles records
? Ensure safety standards and policy procedures are complied with
Fleet Administrator - The Candidate
? Experience within a similar role is desirable
? Ability to use Microsoft applications to immediate level
? Ability to work on your own initiative
? Excellent communication skills and ability to communication to all levels, you'll be dealing with both suppliers and drivers.
? Extremely organised
