My client, a leading insurer, are looking to appoint a Programme Manager into their rapidly expanding team. Using your sound insurance knowledge and understanding of the market, you will help deliver change across the organisation. This is a great opportunity to put your strong background as a Programme Manager to good use.
Key Deliverables:
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive them to deliver a benefit and improvement outcomes;
- Ensure that the activities are sponsored, defined, planned and executed;
- Deliver agreed benefits within defined timescales with robust metrics in place to guarantee sustainability;
- Achieve strategic outcomes & targets;
- Support planning and execution within key areas of the Claims Operation and be responsible for risk and issue management.
Key Skills:
- Agile Project Management experience from planning and inception, through to successful execution;
- Experience of Insurance and Underwriting is essential;
- Demonstrable experience of planning and delivery;
- Excellent relationship management skills including stakeholder management at senior level;
- Project Management professional qualification.
