An exciting opportunity for an English teacher has recently become available in a larger than average Secondary School in Tower Hamlets to start January 2016.

As an English teacher, you will be required to plan and deliver challenging and interesting lessons to pupils across KS3-KS5. Ideally, you will have the skills to engage all pupils whilst tailoring these lessons to meet each child's needs. You will be expected to monitor and contribute towards the progress of pupils and make lessons stimulating. Liaising with the head of department and other members of staff you will prioritise and manage time affectively.

This successful secondary school is based within the Tower Hamlets area and is constantly striving to achieve high results. This have achieved "Outstanding" consecutively in their last 2 Ofsted reports and have recently implementing a vast amount of restructuring to enable them to achieve the best results possible.

Any successful applicant will hold QTS and be confident to deliver exciting and challenging lessons to pupils who are thirsty to learn.

The position is a permanent position starting January 2016. This role is paid on main pay scale with the possibility of TLR 2.
