Our client an international removals specialist based in London is seeking an international sales estimator to join their team.
The candidates will be responsible for the following:
JOB PURPOSE:
Grow revenue for International and European moves within the brand image and deliver profitable revenue in line with margin expectation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete accurate survey of contents to be moved internationally.
All survey results to be recorded via tablet.
Conduct Sales presentations highlighting the services provided by the company.
Identification of customer buying criteria.
Price bounce to gauge customer reaction.
Accurate and timely costings to be completed.
Determining margin through factors such as move date, insurance value, competition and customer confidence in brand.
Ensure full costing and pricing detail is provided to the Move Coordinator so that all quotes are sent within 24/48 hours of survey.
Insurance sales and uplifts.
Introduce affinity partner revenue streams.
Follow up all jobs to conclusion and maintain records in Moveware.
Identify development opportunities and increase brand awareness.
Attendance at networking events.
Attendance at marketing/trade shows.
KPI’s:
Achieve annual revenue targets.
Sales productivity target.
Conversion rates in line with company targets.
Achieve product margins in line with budgets.
12 monthly sales reviews.
Zero quotes with past move dates.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Essential):
Previous sales experience.
Good negotiating and influencing skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
PC literate
Ability to build alliances and maintain relationships.
Ability to understand both customer and competitive environment.
Good networking skills.
Commercial awareness
The ideal candidate will come from a removals background dealing with sales estimation or from an estate agent background at sales negotiator level or been working in field sales.
In return the successful candidate will be offered a salary up to £30,000 plus commission and further benefits.
