We are looking for an experienced Front End web developer with experience of UI design and UX processes. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Central London.

We don't like role-based silos, hence as a Front End engineer, you will be directly involved in the conception, design, prototyping, implementation and maintenance of our platform's user experience and the business.

Required Skills
Understand the specialities of working in a start up
Exemplary knowledge of web-related languages and protocols, such as HTML, CSS, ECMAScript 6, HTTP.
Good knowledge with "future web", such as HTTP2, Asm.js.
Good knowledge with mobile web wrappers, such as Mozilla Open Web Apps or Apache Cordova.
Good knowledge in OpenGL, WebGL and other 3D technologies
Good knowledge of designing screen-agnostic user interfaces.
Good knowledge in implementing and maintaining offline-first web applications.
Experience with distributing mobile applications.
Experience with Front End testing frameworks, such as Jasmine, Sikuli.
Experience with binary protocol formats such as Google Protocol Buffers, Avro, Thrift or ASN.1.
Experience with Web Components and related frameworks, such as Mozilla X-Tags, Mozilla Bricks or Google Polymer.
Public proof of the expertise (contribution to free software or publicly available research).


Desired Skills
Experience with 3D rendering and transformations, such as ray-tracing, gouraud and phong
Shading, blog dynamics and Hermite-splines.
Experience with problem gamification.
Experience with creating creative videos.
Experience with leadership of geographically and culturally diverse teams.
