PA/Financial Administrator required in Leeds City Centre, working for a professional IT recruitment consultancy.

This role is to cover maternity leave for a period of 9-12 months, and will be on a part time basis 3 days/week. The start date is flexible in November/December.

The role is a combination of financial administration and providing PA support to the Managing Director.

The role requires someone with previous experience working in a PA or financial administration role, ideally in recruitment, but we are happy to consider candidates from other sectors.

This opportunity is a mix of financial administration around invoicing processes to external clients and payments to 3rd party contractors. This process is managed using cloud based financial packages and experience of Xero specifically will be highly beneficial.

You will support the Managing Director in their day to day activities. This is a varied role and requires the ability to multi-task and manage your workload effectively.

We have a vibrant, busy office with a commitment to success and we are looking for a talented individual to join the team.

Previous Skills/Experience Required:

- Proven previous experience in a PA/financial administration role
- Experienced using an online/cloud financial software package (Xero a distinct advantage)
- Managing invoicing process end-end
- A high level of professionalism when contacting external clients
- Highly literate ideally with experience updating and producing contractual documentation
- Proactive, professional, excellent communication skills (written/oral)

The salary for this role is £18-23k pro-rata to 3 days per week, along with a holiday allowance and company incentives.
