What will I be doing?

You will be joining our Major Accounts team that works with some of the UK and Europe's leading companies to provide them with 1st class candidates, working with a Senior Consultant/Account Manager you will using your talent of influencing and communicating with new people every day. You will be contacting candidates and building long term relationships with them to help them find their own perfect job, something you will have experience of yourself so you can relate to these people directly.

You will be using a number of 'tools' including JobBoards/LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter (yes we pay you to use Facebook and Twitter) and other Social Media networks, you will be using your own tenacity and natural skills at finding the proverbial needle in a world sized haystack, in a nutshell you will be responsible for finding our clients their ideal candidates.
