Our client, a well known international not for profit organisation based in North London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO.
This is a 1:1 EA role supporting an extremely busy CEO and ad hoc support to the Chair of the Board. The successful candidate will experience working with an international organisation at CEO level and will have organised complex international travel and diaries across multiple time zones.
Duties will include:
Extensive diary management for the CEO
Book complex International travel across multiple time zones
Develop excellent working relationships with key internal and external contacts,
Undertake background research where necessary
To coordinate all travel arrangements and expenses on behalf of the CEO
To manage and prepare, as required, emails and written correspondence on behalf of the Chief Executive
To maintain open and effective working relationships with all colleagues, departments, partnering agencies and trustees in order to ensure an integrated contribution and good governance practice.Skills required
Supported at CEO level
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Ability to work alone and use initiative to find the correct response when necessary
Ability to manage a varied workload, balance changing practice, competing deadlines and to work effectively under pressure
