This Senior Lettings Negotiator offers the potential for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to progress up the Lettings career path.
This is an ideal position for a Letting Negotiator with at least 12 months' experience looking to make a step into a strong company that offers training, development, good earning potential and career prospects.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, answering to the Lettings Manager, you will out and run business through to completion, assisting and overseeing Junior Lettings Negotiators in their business exploits.

? Working to reach and breach fiscal and performance targets
? Sourcing business and seeing through to completion
? Establishing and maintaining client and applicant relationships
? Completing administrative tasks

? Working autonomously and as part of a team
Person Specification
? Strong interpersonal skills, rapid ability to establish relationships
? Positive approach toward all tasks & a flexible approach to working hours
? Pro-active and revels in working both autonomously and as part of a team
? Exceptional sales skills
Essential Criteria
? A full, valid UK or EU driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role
