Our client is a leading international development organisation that operates globally. They are looking at appoint a Bid Manager/Director to lead on UK based projects.
Role details:
You will provide leadership and overall bid direction for major infrastructure projects as a key member of the business development team.
• Developing relationships with clients and their team during all the bid stages
• Develop a winning bid strategy and managing the bid to realise the win
Requirements:
Full involvement in the bid process from within an organisation leading major infrastructure bids
Ability to establish rapport with clients of a very senior level
A strategic thinker with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
A demonstrable track record of leading and closing major infrastructure projects.
Qualifications:
Degree qualified in a Building, Quantity Surveying or Engineering discipline
Professional member of CIOB, MRICS, CIBSE or related
