15 Month FTC
£30,000 per annum

Our client an impressive international consultancy based in central Bath are looking for a HR Manager/HR Officer to join on a 15 month FTC. Reporting to the Financial Director this is a stand alone position in which you will be tasked with providing HR support to the department Directors/Managers including recruitment, induction, counselling, performance management, payroll and training.
The ideal candidate will have broad generalist HR experience and the ability to work confidently in a stand alone position. You be expected to work closely with senior members of the business and provide advice on HR strategy.
