Position Description:

The Senior National Account Manager is the direct liaison between our FTSE 100 clients and our internal sales force. They are responsible for managing and growing revenue within an assigned Account. The successful candidate will focus primarily on growth opportunities with existing partners to achieve revenue goals. This expectation includes identifying key territorial partners while seeking higher revenue generating opportunities across the region. The AM will work collaboratively with Business Development, Marketing and Account Directors and must be able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to establish and build working relationships. This candidate must be coach-able with an ability to understand business needs and provide viable solutions to reach targeted goals.

Position Responsibilities:

· Serve as liaison between sales force and clients
· Manage local/regional/national sales campaigns
· Forge strong relationships with local sales offices, as well as top leadership within client companies
· Collaborate, strategise, and work with account directors to target and exceed regional sales revenue goals and management objectives.
· Use analytical skills to understand partner needs and identify opportunities for growth
· Constantly monitor revenue performance towards sales objectives
· Respond to partner requests and inquiries pertaining to programs, products, & account development and informs Product Management and Marketing of identified market needs and trends.
· Work independently, set goals, and monitor progress of goals
· Travel to sales offices and attend national conferences on occasion as necessary

Required knowledge, skills and experience:

· University degree
· A minimum of 3+ years sales experience (B2B is preferable)
· Passion, edge, energy, charisma, and excellent relationship building skills
· Self-starter, team player, critical thinker, can do attitude
· Strong telephone, written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Above average computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce
