The role will include:
- Updating and evaluating care plans
- Administering medications
- Wound care
- Leading a team of care assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of person centred care at all times
What we need from you:
- A degree/ diploma in nursing
- Valid UK NMC pin
- Two references
It is preferable if candidates have had previous experience caring for the elderly, but this is not essential, nurses who require a preceptorship will also be considered for this role.
The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure and referencing.
