Argyll Scott is recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Manager for the North East region of this high growth, dynamic, market leading, private healthcare provider.

Our client is dedicated to helping people to improve their health and wellbeing. The Group currently treats more than 70 different conditions through a nationwide network of facilities that support service users health, care, education and specialised needs.

Covering the North East, Yorkshire and Scotland region, the Business Development Manager will:

*Build and maintain strong relationships with Area Teams, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Foundation Trusts, Commissioning Supports Units, Community Mental Health Teams and Local Authorities
*Manage referrals into hospitals sites, working closely with Hospitals Director and all the team
*Identify opportunities for growth services within the region
*Develop a close working relationship with all external stakeholders to ensure day to day links between stakeholders and the operational team
*Maintain CRM database, update and manage all contact with health professionals

The successful candidate will possess:

*5-7 years experience of the healthcare sector working in a Sales or Business Development position
*Knowledge of the NHS systems and processes including contracting and commissioning processes would be an advantage
*Proven ability as an effective communicator and negotiator
*A demonstrable track record of consistently beating sales targets
*Excellent verbal, written and communications skills
*A proactive, can-do and autonomous approach
