Are you an experienced Sales Manager, with a track record in new business development, looking to join the UK's leading luxury furniture company?
Using your experience within luxury furniture sales / interior design, you will proactively generate your leads and secure new business for the company.
Our client requires an exceptional sales professional with the aspiration and ability to develop into an inspirational leader of ambitious sales people.
The successful candidate will support the current Head of Sales undertaking specific projects whilst acquiring the skills necessary to successfully lead the sales team.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
* A charismatic individual with ability to inspire our growing sales team.
* Superb track record in sales / new business development.
* Proactive, logical, efficient and self-motivated.
* Emotionally intelligent with a creative approach to problem solving.
* The vision, passion and drive to succeed in a senior role
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Assisting with new business development.
* Contributing to company sales strategy, targets and P&L.
* Day to day training of sales and support team
* Analysis of weekly sales reports
