Operations Administrator Job

The Operations Obligations Administrator will be expected to support our operations management team in ensuring the continued smooth running of the business. This role will require the successful candidate to undertake a verity of administration tasks relating to the government schemes Utilita are involved in.

Key Responsibilities:

- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Liaising with Industry Governing Bodies and external stakeholders on Utilita Energy's behalf
- Liaising with Internal Stakeholders to build and report on required data
- Collating and submitting relevant industry data within given deadlines
- Maintaining current reports built for the management of government schemes
- Organise meetings with internal/external stakeholders on behalf of operations management
- Organise audits and liaise with relevant management for completion
- Carrying out specific projects and research


Skills:

- High attention to detail.
- Effective organisation skills and experience of managing multiple tasks running alongside each other.
- Demonstrable ability to manage high volume workflows.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Good Microsoft Office computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email).
- Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
