Account Director - Comms Agency - Brighton
An Account Director is needed to join a multi award winning healthcare communications agency based just a short walk away from Brighton beach. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Director to work with big-name clients and grow a talented Client Services team.
Winners of multiple awards, this forward thinking and stylish company creates integrated social and digital communications campaigns across a range of sectors, inclusive of pharmaceutical, medical and natural health and beauty products. They are now looking for an Account Director who understands the challenges facing the healthcare sectors and can deliver solutions that really make a difference.
You will join as an Account Director who is a real self-starter and will take immediate responsibility for directing and overseeing key clients, as well as contributing to business growth. Expect to use your formidable media relations and communications skills to maximise client satisfaction and retention. The company works with a wide portfolio of influential organisations within its sectors and you should be comfortable working at both a strategic level or rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in.
To qualify... We are looking for an Account Director / Client Services Director / PR Account Director with a CV that demonstrates:
- Integrated communications experience;
- Strategic and tactical expertise in developing and executing successful integrated traditional, social and digital campaigns (ideally UK and global programming);
- Confidence managing multiple clients and a large budget;
- Experience leading a talented team of high achievers and the appetite to shape an already rapidly expanding business;
- Great communication skills;
- A passion for finding solutions to complex problems;
- Bags of energy into delivering innovative, impactful and integrated solutions for amazing clients!
