Kitchen Porter Role
The Kitchen Porter plays an important and vital part on the success of our food service operation. The Kitchen Porter will ensure that the chefs and food service teams have a steady supply of sparkling kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and glassware the standard of which will match the level of service to the outstanding food quality and presentation. The Kitchen Porter must be able to work well with the kitchen teams as well as work unsupervised. The Kitchen Porter needs to be prepared, think ahead, keeping one step ahead of the chefs and restaurant teams will ensure your success as a much valued Kitchen Porter.
Kitchen Porter Requirements
Experience in a similar role and quality operation
Excellent attention to detail
Thinking and planning ahead to meet service challenges
Immaculate presentation standards in all that you do
Good communication skills with colleagues at all levels
Good standards of numeracy & literacy
Passion to exceed guest expectation first time, on time, every time
Staff must be eligible to work in the UK
Live-in accommodation is not available with this role.
