Our client is a joinery based contractor. They act as a Principal Contractor or Specialist Sub-contractor on schemes as varied as commercial offices, retail units, supermarkets, airports, restaurants, residential or leisure projects.
Duties:
• Monthly sub-contract valuation assessments
• Monthly client valuations
• Cash flow forecasts
• Procurement
• Cost Reporting
• Value Engineering
• Cost Analysis
• Attend monthly cost meetings
• Cost value reconciliation
• Sub-contractor payments
• Process monthly payments
• Final Accounts
Candidate Profile:
• Educated to BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• A team player with excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills
• Strong knowledge within the commercial or retail sector
• Knowledge of standard building contracts
• Proficient in MS Office
• Main contractor or sub-contractor background
