Supply Chain Officer based in Bristol.

Contract: 5 months initially

Rate: Up to £300 per day

My Bristol based government client is looking to urgent recruit a Security Cleared, Supply Chain Officer for an in-flight project.

Role profile:

The Supply chain officer will conduct inventory provisioning gap analysis (through Data extracted from OPUS) to understand: 

The reasons for non-actioning of Provisioning Statements

The SQEP of Inventory Managers across Ships OC in relation to provisioning statements

The actions required to improve Data outputs

The actions required to improve the Inventory Management Function in relation to OPUS and PRS'

The programme if to help to understand the benefits and lessons can be taken from clear demand planning in regard to provisioning.

Ideally you would have:

An understanding of the end to end Maritime Supply Chain

Previous experience of Royal Navy, Ships and Submarine Supply Chain.

Strong MS Excel Data processing and analysis skills are essential to this role.
