Following Sopra Steria's high profile win, to partner the UK Cabinet Office to form the joint venture Shared Services Connected Limited (SSCL), we are now recruiting several finance processing positions into the York team

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for providing a variety of finance services. These will be primarily processing financial transactions, for instance payments or invoices, but may lead to other tasks such as reconciliations.

Key Skills:

  • Ideally from a finance or account administration background
  • Good communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Good drafting skills
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Good organisational and planning skills
  • Work to tight deadlines and easily re-prioritise work
  • Ability to work using own initiative and as part of a team
