Exxell is a growing, innovative company with many years' experience of providing permanent and temporary recruitment in Rail, Engineering, Facilities Management and Construction across the whole of the UK.
We are about to undertake an exciting new project within the Rail Industry and as such we are looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for recruiters with varying levels of experience from Trainee to Senior Consultant level.
As a member of our rail recruitment team, you will be responsible for:
- Undertaking business development activities in order to develop profitable business relationships within the Rail Industry.
- Maximising business opportunities with existing clients.
- Developing a pool of fully registered and appropriately skilled and qualified candidates.
- Ensuring that both client and candidate expectations are exceeded through excellent customer service.
- Providing innovative and creative recruitment solutions.
In order to be considered for these roles, you must have:
- Previous experience of working in a recruitment role within the Rail Industry.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Exceptional attention to detail and knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Have a positive attitude with a passion to succeed and achieve challenging targets.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
