Area Sales Manager

Salary £35,000 - £45,000 Basic salary + excellent OTE + Company car / car allowance, health care and pension
My Client is a multiple award winning manufacturer within the air conditioning industry and provides an outstanding range of air conditioning, heating and air movement products. Established more than 25 years ago my client has a deserved reputation for high quality, ultra high efficiency chillers, air handing units, fan coil units, chilled beams vrf and split systems.
Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Sales manager to cover the London Region and the surrounding Area`s. You will be selling Splits and VRF`S through to contractors and be working in the VRF division with in the company.
Targeting Contractors your key responsibilities will be:
- Achieving targets by driving the supply of our clients products
- Actively generating leads and winning new business
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Managing and developing existing accounts
- Working with internal team to ensure profitable sales
- To develop sales strategies and presentations that win profitable business
You will need to have the following:
- Ability to influence people to win contract and product sales
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- IT literate
- Target driven
- Self motivated
- Hungry to succeed
You will have already started your career in sales and be ready to take it to the next level. You will need to have experience of selling to Contractors. Knowledge of the ventilation industry is an Essential and this is a Fantastic opportunity to work for a forward thinking, dynamic and well established company that keeps moving forward.
