They are currently expanding and need to find a senior Interaction Designer that can achieve their ambitions. Based in the heart of London's thriving digital cluster in Central London, you will be joining a highly talented and experienced multi-disciplinary team that works on top global brands to start up clients across sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:
Create and lead feasible, desirable and smart user experiences across platforms: web sites, tablet, mobile phone sites & apps, inflight / on-board entertainment systems, digital retail experiences, product interfaces, etc.

Core responsibility:

Translate strategic analysis into powerful digital concepts that deliver transformative value, meeting business, technology and brand needs
Create differentiating and future thinking user interface designs and interactive prototypes that are based on meaningful interaction concepts, user journey scenarios and wireframes
Collaborate closely with Information Architects on solving large complex challenges and be able to deliver wireframes for relevant projects
Support or facilitate quantitative and qualitative research and service design methodologies
Focus on impact and measurable results - nothing gets designed for the sake of it
Responsible for keeping abreast with latest industry developments, technical innovation and digital best practise that deliver ground breaking and future proof concepts
Practice brand stewardship to ensure creative deliverables are representative of the project goals and brand values
Advocate to sell and execute creative work that inspires the studio and builds their portfolio
Be responsible for presenting and selling in creative solutions internally and externally, from pitches to project presentations
Support planning, costing to ensure delivery is on time / on budget
Help structure and write creative briefs and presentations
Develop long term pro-active relationships with clients
Manage multiple projects ensuring both output expectations and deadlines are met
Implement design and creative solutions with latest usability, user experience and accessibility best practices
Work with external associates and partners to deliver high quality results
Guide and mentor junior creatives

Your attributes

A graduate from a Communications Design or User Experience / HCI degree
You have deep focus on user-centered design
5+ years of relevant professional experience from an agency
Proficient in the relevant tools, such as Adobe Creative suite, Wireframe creation tools and Microsoft Office
An exceptional communicator (both in conversation and in writing), that can articulate and defend design decisions
Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Secondary language a plus
An enthusiastic and hands on team player with bags of humour and a systematic approach to your work
