The Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job
- This graduate recruitment consultant role begins with thorough and comprehensive training covering the recruitment lifecycle, your market and general business acumen
- Generating candidate names and profiling their backgrounds.
- Following up cold leads.
- Updating and developing an understanding of the industry you will focus on and then applying this knowledge.
- Meeting with candidates to further qualify their suitability.
- Mapping markets.
- Putting together shortlists for clients and delivering these to the Search team.
