Job Title: REVENUE MANAGER

Juice Hospitality are actively recruiting for an experienced hospitality Revenue Manager for a luxury serviced apartment provider.

Job Purpose:
Provide the business with a consistent and concise understanding of revenue performance; create dynamic, evidence-based pricing strategies and promotional activities to optimise revenue across all channels together with data to underpin the launch, development and commercial success of new revenue streams.

Our client, who have their Head Office in Newbury, Berkshire, have been providing high quality corporate serviced accommodation since 2004 and now has funding for significant growth before the end of March 2017. The Revenue Manager is responsible for providing data and recommendations to maximise business across the whole estate and to provide a pricing strategy and tactics, which are dynamic, responsive, flexible and profit generating. In addition the Revenue Manager will be the of information on how market, competitor, sector and economic trends are likely to impact esa and will provide recommendations for how these can be addressed in the short to medium term across all channels. This is a critical role for our client as they aim to increase top-line sales, revenue and market share in both current and new locations, (in the UK and internationally), and re-balance its' revenue channel mix with a move towards increasing the volume of business delivered directly with corporate customers. For growth in the business to be successful the Revenue Manager will work closely with the Sales Director and sales function heads to assess the value and yield of each apartment in the estate and produce pricing structures relevant to each of the core channels. He/she will also contribute to the work to progressively review and improve sales processes and systems by systematically collating and analysing data to understand performance and risks to revenue targets. The Revenue Manager is an analytical role in the business responsible for collating information, forecasting trends and making timely recommendations to achieve sustained growth in revenue performance in existing channels and to build revenue in new geographical areas, and through new alliances. As the business expands the job holder will need to develop and gain agreement for strategies and rate tables for new properties and locations, as well as updating and communicating amended rate tables for existing direct, corporate and agency customers.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:

- 3 years plus experience of revenue and yield management in a comparable environment/sector
- Strong sales orientation and a desire to achieve targets and goals
- Ability to manage, interrogate, manipulate and interpret business data to provide accurate information and commentary
- Attentive to detail and delivers accurate work
- Able to present information and arguments cogently and succinctly
- Credible, confident, approachable, supportive and personable with internal colleagues and across external networks
- Confident IT (Microsoft Office), and database user
- Self-disciplined and resilient under pressure
- Flexible and able to work independently as well as part of the sales function and the wider Company
- Able to focus on detail so that standards are never compromised or overlooked.
