My client is seeking a Business Development Executive with a strong business development/sales background to join their new and expanding team on a permanent basis in London.

You will work closely with the Business Development Team assisting with the management of new business prospects, pipeline management, event management inclusive of workshops and client surgeries, campaign management in conjunction with the marketing team and the production of management information reports as required by senior management.

The Company
My client are an international network that supports over 100 member firms around the world by helping them build their assurance, tax and advisory businesses. They provide our member firms with certain proprietary software and tools, as well as support in areas such as business development, people and culture, marketing, mergers and acquisitions, IT, quality assurance and risk management.

Daily duties will be to;

*Supports the Business Development Team with the development and management of leads, maintaining the processes and practices for effective and efficient tracking of client leads from all data s as acquired on a time to time basis.
*Meets and exceeds set business objectives for the conversion of leads to Workshop attendees and meetings recording all of these as opportunities on the CRM as appropriate.
*Understands and influences the clients decision and closing sales where the opportunity arises
*Follows up all marketing campaigns and lead lists to generate new prospects
*Identify and pursue new prospects through appropriate gap analysis of existing accredited clients, derecognised clients and new sectors using all available tools including CRM, client lists, purchased client data and the internet
*Supports the Business Development Team with the organisation of client visits, monitoring of outcomes, ensuring CRM is up-dated appropriately by the team
*Provides accurate and timely business sales forecasts for lead generation using the CRM system.

You must have:

*Previous Business Development or Sales experience
*Be a dynamic, self-motivated individual
*Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Be willing to learn and be passionate about developing a career in Business Development
