Our Client, an innovative and well-established Investment Management firm with a strong presence across the country, seek an Investment Manager to join its office in Taunton. Having been established for more than 25 years, they have become a reputable provider of investments to private clients nationwide. Due to their hard work and client focused ethos, they have in excess of £7 billion in Funds Under Management and employ nearly 500 staff.
Our client has outlined that the successful candidate will be passionate about the work that they undertake and have a desire to join the firm for a long and prosperous career.
The Role and its Responsibilities
- Based out of the Taunton office, you will cover areas of the South West and Wales
- As a specialist Investment Manager, you will provide the firm's clients with a discretionary service that befits the companies' ethics and ethos
- You will offer a range of services covering Private Clients, Trusts, Charities and Pension Funds
- Offer a truly personalised service that combines the companies' traditional values and forward thinking nature
- Working closely with the Financial Planners, you will create bespoke services for each client based on their respective investment requirements
About You
- CISI / PCIAM Level 6 qualified
- 5 years' experience in a client facing role
- Plenty of gravitas with a highly professional and passionate mind-set
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated and commercially astute
- Open, honest and charismatic
- Technically strong with an excellent knowledge of all areas within Investment Management and an understanding of Financial Services
- A Client bank is not essential but would be beneficial
- Full UK license and happy to travel when and where necessary
