ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR - CLIENT DIRECT - CENTRAL LONDON - UP TO 31K - TEMP TO PERM
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading institution in Central London and become part of their busy in house maintenance team.
They are looking for an electrical supervisor to actively work as part of the estates function including but not limited to maintenance and electrical works, ensuring a high quality service delivery is provided enhancing the overall experience of those working at the estates.
The role will be supervising a team of 4 electricians and will be working a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday.
From a qualifications point of view all applicants must be fully electrically qualified to city and guilds of HND/HNC level and previous experience of working within a hospital environment is preferred.
The role will initially be employed on a temporary basis with a view to a permanent contract being offered on completion of a successful probation.
Applicants must have strong communication skills, confidence and enthusiasm and must have the ability to lead and develop a team of people.
Applicants must also be computer literate, confident in report writing and have proven advanced applied knowledge of estates management.
The successful applicant will be required to participate on an on-call rota as part of their role.
