A qualified nurse (RGN or RGN/RMN) is required to work as Clinical Lead at a highly regarded 50-bed nursing home in Wanstead, North London.
The position is permanent, full-time and offers a salary of £35,500 for a 44-hour week, working shift patterns. The home is part of a well respected corporate group offering good career prospects.
The Clinical Manager will be expected to provide managerial leadership combined with a high degree of clinical skills. It is an autonomous role and the post holder will be expected to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, gained at clinical and managerial level; be conversant with current evidenced based practice and possess an aptitude for working collaboratively in partnership with the care team team members and senior managers.
Main responsibilities of the role are:
• Supporting the Manager
• Responsibility for Infection Control audits & H&S audits
• Overseeing Nurses, Senior Carers and Carers
