Pastry Chef - Production Kitchen - West London
This dynamic, privately owned patisserie and bakery based in West London are known for its quality and uniqueness with an emphasis on hand made creative products.
They supply a range of clients from independent cafes and delis to larger chains.
The ideal candidate will have a similar background within pastry production kitchens at Pastry Chef de Partie level or Pastry Demi Chef, have a flexible attitude, possess a passion for pastry and have an eye for detail.
The position involves working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, hours are usually 2pm to 10.30pm.
45 hours per week, straight shifts, overtime paid.
