We a currently recruiting an experienced General Manager to work for our client based in Canary Wharf working in a 5 star residential development.
You will ideally come from a hospitality/hotel or similar background and have experience with delivering a high level of customer service at managerial level.
The successful candidate will directly supervise the Deputy General Manager or Duty Managers and have day to day responsibility for the operational aspects of the development. Also day to day responsibility for the management and supervision of the in-house staff and external contractors on-site.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure our client provides a secure and safe environment for all residents and support the development of activities to enhance the lifestyle of the residents.
